vow of the decsiple lore book 10
i am trying to complete the vow title and i was collecting all the lore books and i am seem to be missing lore book 10. i have tried and tried on that puzzle wall in the raid for almost a hour for that one lore book and its not dropping. i know there was a previous bug with the 10th lore book so i am wondering did i manage to dodge the quests patch and how do i go about fixing this bug
