I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing a problem with the Destiny 2: Classic Collection (2025) DLC that I purchased through Steam. Even though I've already linked my account with both Bungie and Epic Games, the content still isn't showing up in my active game account.
I haven't received the Silver (in-game currency) or the items that are supposed to be included with the DLC pack. I've double-checked my account links on Bungie’s website, and everything seems properly configured.
I'm unsure whether this is a platform-syncing issue or if there’s an additional step I missed to activate the content. I also don’t know where exactly to request support to help resolve this issue.
Has anyone dealt with something similar or knows how to fix it? Is there an official help section, form, or support email from Bungie or Steam you recommend?
I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or help. 🙏

if you bought it on steam and then try to play on epic, it won;t work. dlc is licensed to the platform it's purchased on, in the case of PC, the platform is the company, so steam, epic, and xbox PC are the platform. if you buy dlc on steam, you can;t play that dlc while playing on epic.

[quote] the items that are supposed to be included with the DLC pack.[/quote] The items are earnable or if they are from retired/vaulted content then they may be purchaseable at the kiosk, they don't drop them all into your inventory.
