It’s Starwars Inspired. They are including elements of Starwars, but in particular, it has no relation to the overall Starwars story and/or interacts with Starwars in anyway. It is still [b][u]DISTINCTLY[/u][/b] Destiny

That’s not what I said. The Lightsaber and Blaster are Starwars inspired, and are sure to relate to Starwars in someway, but it’s not a “Starwars Lightsaber” or a “Starwars Blaster”. They will be virtually the same, but will not have the same mechanical function. Narratively and lore wise, they are sure to be completely different.

So what. We’ve got Darth Vader and General Grevious as Armor. Do you really think the design of something is in particular, canon? I mean, the majority of Raid Exotics exist somewhere between canon and not canon. Hell, Lubraes Ruin, the GLAIVE from Vow of the Disciple is more canon than the Exotic Pulse. And that’s a legendary weapon.
