You can't compare the two when it comes to the actual content they provide tho.
Give me the amount of content that's available with ESO and I'll happily pay the price for an "on par" Destiny experience, but we both know that'll never happen.

Which is why you pay MORE for ESO. If you are paying the sub-fee you are paying THREE TIMES what you would pay to play Destiny for a year. Before either game gets into any kind of micros. Bu yet you praise ESO, and complain about Destiny. It make no -blam!- rational sense. You get more to do on a per dollar basis in Destiny that you do in ESO. It’s just spread across two games.

You wanna bring D1 into the equation? That it totally irrelevant. It's a complete "separate" game and has ZERO to do with Destiny 2 apart for the continuation of their story. You don't need one to play the other. And I'm not praising anything, I'm simply comparing the two and only for the fact that you mentioned ESO to begin with. You can defend all you like, I have no problem with your view on the value of the game. It's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I'm simply stating mine and I will not change it. At the end of the day I'm disagreeing and walking away, that alone should tell you all you need to know. I no longer find the value I once did in Destiny, sadly.

Yes, because ESO is a game world based on content that has been accumulating since 2014. The same year D1 dropped. I swear people hear jump to conclusions without taking the time to make fair comparisons

How is this jumping to a conclusion? It's MY opinion. You don't have to like it, or even think it's right, but it's how I feel and that's why I'm not playing Destiny 2. Trying to convince me I'm wrong is just crazy on your part. As I stated above, you're entitled to YOUR opinion and so am I. If I don't feel I'm getting the same value for my dollar anymore I'm walking away. Solid business practice right there. Good day.

If I recall correctly I remember you back from D1 in the transition to D2 say wait and see how this plays out, we did and oh boy were there consequences.
