It just feels like some of the new exotics are like other games guns. Like the hand cannon with the scope. But d1 did a great job on cool looking, fun guns. Juton( sorry for spelling) is one like that, they need some new thinkers in the team. Or maybe they should ask the fan base for ideas? Fans can make some really cool ideas. I may be the only one but if they will listen to the ideas of us they may find some really awesome things to add.

They get all their ideas from Datto. That’s all they care about
-
Forums are littered with great well thought out ideas including full raids with more lore than Bungie thinks up in 3 years. Best part is it’s built from their scraps.
-
1 RespuestaPlease refrain from using common sense here. The thought of Bungie actually listening to its community is absurd. Notice how they only reply to the posts/ideas that they could monetize? Typical greed. Greed will be the downfall of Destiny.
-
1 RespuestaThat would be a good idea for REDDIT. The problem with the destiny forums is that 80% of the people use it to complain, while the rest have good content. Sifting through that would be a chore for the comm. managers.
-
They only want streamers opinions
-
No. There are far too many scrubs

2 Respuestasi would love if bungie took ideas from fans especially ones with hundreds of up votes as 99% of the time they are the best suggestions and feedback that would actually improve the game. but honestly i have given up. i have played this game forever now and seen near perfect feedback go completely down the drain as bungie clearly like to put popular youtuber feedback and their own personal vision over actually thinking about how changes would impact the game and thinking about what content the community would like. like i have no problem at all with developers making the game the way they want to as its their game they are developing but more and more it seems like a lot of changes are more directed towards what they feel should change or what they want for themselves instead of what the community would want. BTW a good and VERY recent example of devs not exactly listening to the community directly BUT doing changes based on what they see the community would want is remnant from the ashes. just very recently their was a OP build where you had a 5 shot bolt crossbow that would get infinite ammo on crit with a bandit armor set. so the devs instead of nerfing it they made the bow only get infinite ammo on 3 individual target hits BUT buffed the bow with increased the rate of fire and stats for the bow and and added a new passive to the armor granting increased ammo drops. not only that but saw that players were having difficult time obtaining the items they want as they would have to reset the campaign over and over again to get a CHANCE to get the items they want. so they decided to do a FREE content update that fixes the issue by adding a adventure mode to redo planets you need specific items from without resetting the campaign AND NOT ONLY THAT 3 weeks after the release of the game this mode is being added for free and announced more free content coming up. they don't need a battlepass or seasonal loot refreshes to a micro transaction store to do free content they just do it because they love the community and have a large amount of support from them because of how well they treat them. just the complete opposite of bungie. i have stopped playing this game (i might comeback in the future ill keep a eye on the news updates and forums) and i dont want people to hate bungie or stop playing this game. but i would like to see this same amount of care, dedication, and speed to fixing problems in the game or balance changes as gunfire games do for their game.

I dunno man, a lot of people on this forum are pretty stupid. But anyway, here’s my big idea: I want a Swarm boss. But not just any swarm. A swarm of Shanks. And their health goes down as you kill Shanks. And there’ll be “connector” shanks, where if you kill them, the swarm takes a lot of damage, but also splits up. So now there’s two groups of shank swarms. And they all fire at you rapidly, never ceasing. This is my dream. In Taken King, when I heard about a Shank boss, I got too excited for my own good. Another idea: Friendly NPCs in the open world. Story wise, we already have humans going out and retaking territory, as well as Fallen, such as Mithrax, reestablishing themselves in the name of the City. I just want to see friendlies.

In 5 years of playing Destiny, I really can't see anywhere that Bungie took fan advice on anything. Maybe from a few streamers here and there but not from the fans. Look at the launch of D2 as a prime example. The ignored everything the community had been asking for and went in the complete opposite direction. Which is why I have some serious reservations about Shadowkeep.

5 RespuestasYesterday i saw a fan ask for dance parties, and i saw another fan ask for crucible to be removed. I think it's safe to say that some random ass dudes on a vidya game forum don't know shit about what would be a good addition to the game
-
I don't think calling them bungo is conducive to them coming here for this feedback. I'm not saying they don't deserve the moniker, but would you listen to the someone's ideas after they insulted you?
-
I legit just want sun singer back
-
1 RespuestaYeah I don’t know what you’re talking about, most of the ideas people have suggested are either terrible or impossible to reasonably implement.

Good god no. It would be like that Simpsons episode where homer designs a car for his millionaire brother....

1 RespuestaMy idea:
How to fix Destiny2 in 3 simple steps... SOLUTION: -Check what is different in Destiny2 compared to Destiny1 - Scrap all of that -Re-Make Destiny2 on Destiny1's framework (+keep all D1 content) -Remove eververse Problem solved
-
That might have been a good idea, but with the way people now think they have ownership of them you can guarantee some idiot would then want paying for it. No large company is ever going to get specific ideas from the public (outside of some kind of contest, with strict terms and conditions) , they hire people specifically to do these things, opening it up just reeks of failure in that department.

So..... nerf fusion rifles?
-
9 RespuestasI got one! Make fusions continue to charge when you’re jumping! It’s freaking annoying as a hunter you can’t double jump while charging a shot. Ah, hunters double jump also cancels an ongoing reload.. the hell..???? Another one! Get rid of the stupid reset of action when you’re being hit. Reviving a teammate or grabbing heavy ammo is impossible sometimes because of the action being reset on every single hit you take. Pointless, useless, and hella aggravating in teamplay.
-
a lot of us have good ideas but there are so many people that will ruin the game, no
-
Bungie need to make a large list of ideas and people should vote on them. The top 3 should be added in game.
-
Nah, then they'd have to work for it. We wouldn't want them to burn out from the content grind so close to a new launch now do we.... I remember threads where people remade all the useless, unused exotics. Not a single official reply. And most seemed balanced on paper from the start.
-
Editado por yourchutoy: 9/11/2019 1:41:38 PMYeah. Asking the Fanbase could result in some good ideas, but they could also result in a lot of stupid ones as well. Then you run into the problems of the good ideas being used and, inevitably, changed tobauit the Devs goals. What could happen? Backlash. People getting butthurt over their ideas being changed or used without proper credit being given. Bad ideas, or even some good ones, get ignored creating more backlash and more crying on the forums. Do not pretend, for a second, that your suggestion is without serious flaw or compromise.
-
How about a weapon perk that lets you reload while running.
-
[I agree about exotics, and sometimes with expansions, but overall asking the fan base for ideas could potentially hurt the game more than it’d help.]
