Hi! I'm a sniper...
... and even though you're shooting me constantly in the head, I don't mind as I can just continue to stare down my scope as if it's nothing more than a baby's whisper. C[i]u[/i]nts.
Edit: lots of hate from snipers. Shock. Not one comment to say I'm wrong with the non flinching point to this post. Lots of whining that I need to get good, get a better medal score etc. Which misses the point entirely. What does being better (if I'm shooting you straight in the head 2 or 3 times how are you able to aim at my head calmly, and how does this make you better?) or playing lots (the only thing a high medal score indicates) change this?

4 RespuestasThe reason you can aim down sights and still kill your opponent is because the game has incredible lag because of the matchmaking. Damage lag and corner lag also ends up being scope recoil lag. If there is even a 0.1 second scope recoil lag the sniper can kill you... The flinch is not the issue. You could make it so the sniper is staring at the ceiling after every primary headshot and nothing would change. Very few snipers (including Krafty etc) can take on a primary without getting behind cover on an even playing field.

It takes no skill to wield a shotgun and dropshot people or turn the corner and shoot because the other people's primarys are nerfed and can't take your health down quick enough before you get to them. I have heard on many occasions that people who do crucible and don't have special ammo say they "suck without it" or "can't play decent without it" Also, for those of you who use icebreaker, f**k you. I never had the chance to get that weapon, so no, I can't Regen special ammo. I have to pick it up, just like the rest of the honest players out there. I think that if you want to use primarys, you should be able to get a good K/D without using only mida or an OP hand cannon. I have plenty of great weapons that have great perks that I can't use in crucible because people kill me before I have a chance to use them. And PS, I'm not asking for a nerf to secondarys, I'm just asking for a buff to primarys. >>end rant. This is getting to be a forum topic inside a forum topic.

Dude I mainly snipe and fusion. I never shotgun haven't for ages. Snipers need more flinch. It's ridiculous you can be getting shot in the face and still pull off headshots.
