Those IB weapons aren't legendary.
Queens Wrath Ship is Exotic, not the purchasable stuff.

I didn't put Queen's Wrath ship in there because it will be released again when Queen's wrath is put out again, barely anybody completed the IB 1.0 enough to get a 300 Jolder's Hammer or Timur's Lash, let alone the 27 light armour.

Queen's Wrath will definitely come back, it fits quite well with the HoW theme and that way they can just mooch off of the HoW content for more quests. I guarantee we will see it near HoW release, it definitely will comback though because there is a TON of Queen's Wrath assets Legendary weapons, 4 total shaders, class items, etc. Knowing bungie they won't think twice reusing old assets instead of making new ones.
