Can anyone please enlighten me on why on earth you'd spend so much time levelling up your guardian to then go into crucible matches of any sort and be shot to shit by anyone that's bought the game from having it months or hours?
I think the rank of your player should be relevant to the fire power you posses, if you can't do level 30 raids because you're a level 20/27, why is it that you can happily run round in shit armour and blow the -blam!- out of anyone you run across?
It maybe that I'm just not that good at Crucible matches, but when trying to complete certain bounties a for exotic rewards, swine little shite ruins it.
Crucible rant over but discuss!!

I retract My post, Just picked up the 5 rumble bounty, played the first and did badly, 4 Kills, 9 Deaths & 0 Assists. Reward was the Gjallarhorn!! Thank you Bungie!!!
-
MOstly the point is to have fun and maybe grind marks, bounties, and RNG to maybe just get an exotic to drop
-
thanks for the comments and i didn't think id get much more than and onslaught of abuse tbh. I agree with you all, yes it is fun and addictive and I think in general some of you took it seriously. I guess I was just getting pissed about one of the bounties I'm trying to do, The one I completed was after having a game where i took names and schooled players,

Editado por BarryCrayon: 2/3/2015 5:51:29 PMThe rank of your player is for PvE or Iron Banner PvP only. If it mattered all the time in PvP, then the peple that had spent longer grinding out PvE content to get the better gear would have an advantage, this would put others off that don't have as much time to play and get the better gear. This would lead to less people playing.

Grimoire

Pvp is just about wrecking noobs. In every game.
-
1 RespuestaIf Titans weren't so OP it would be fun. But you have to hope you actually have a balanced randomly match made team. How are we supposed to complete bounties to defeat a curtain class type, when everyone is going to play as the most OP class in the game?
-
Just another game type. Some people only like PVE. Some only like PVP. Maybe to satisfy all the COD players who came to Destiny.
-
Bungie wants everyone to feel like a badass when they venture into the Crucible. Rank, gear, and or time invested means nothing outside of the Iron Banner. Crucible is 100% casual. You just have to see it for what it is and deal with it or don't play it. The choice is yours.

Sometimes I just wanna get my ass kicked, or I wanna kick some non-AI ass

For glory and honor.

Sorry to say this DJ but if they made it more equipment based you would more than likely be getting shit on more so than you are now (based on what I see equipped). You already have an advantage by having better guns and equipment than a sub level 20. Aside from that it's largely unfair to the majority who's a lower level than you. Play the Iron Banner as a level 25 then tell me if you feel the same way after a few games of getting 0 kills.
-
Iron Banner should be a permanent gametype for people that want to play the game with level advantages on. This would end a lot of the crying about the crucible being unbalanced.
-
To use the weapons and armor you have been grinding for against real players also it's fun
-
It's fun.
-
Some of the best weapons for sale are at the crucible Q-master, such as TFWPKY.
-
Because its fun and addictive.

2 Respuestas2 reasons as far as I'm concerned: 1) Exotic Bounties. B) Saving up for the Saterienne Rapier. That is all. Unless you're a masochist and like this pattern: Fist of Havok Fusion rifle Fusion rifle Vex Havok Fusion Havok Fusion Nova Bomb! Fusion fusion Vex Havok Fusion Fusion Add some occasional shotgun and TLW and I think that accurately describes a game of Crucible.
-
Because some people enjoy PvP. Shocking, right?
-
10 RespuestasIt's my firm belief that crucible is for those who are garbage at real multiplayer shooters. Destiny PvP is trash.
-
It's for fun, and to win, and to tbag guys who tbag you for no reason
-
Fun? What gamings all about but people forget that
-
To win. What a dumb question OP
-
1 RespuestaIt's kinda fun, man
-
It's fun, I started pvp at level 5 and only went back to pve about 10 levels later when I wanted something else to do. In normal crucible it's skill and knowing the maps, so it's simply just fun. Iron Banner is a lot more competitive and unforgiving, having to win to get any standing increase from the match!
