Depends what youre using it for.
PvP - Praedyths Revenge, Efrideets Spear - have one rolled with Unflinching, Perfect Balance or Armor Piercing, and Final Round. Its and LDR5001 with higher impact final round and unflinching basically. Better all around stats than the Blackhammer.
PvE - For Boss fights obviously Black Hammer, All Around Ice Breaker.

I have ambush, unflinching, ap rounds, and final round. I would have preferred spray and play rather than unflinching, but the cost in motes isn't worth it if you don't get it early on--I spent 80 to get my roll.

Yeah I spent about 30 or so and got that exact roll, also have perfect balance of need to change from ap rounds.

I have that same spear minus the unflinching perk. My first perk is poo. With unflinching and ambush lens i imagine it would be just about as good as you can get roll wise for pvp. Maybe spray and pray over unflinching for first perk would be my only possible change.

Yeah I got the ambush lens on mine as well. Spray and play would also be a great one. Just love not flinching overly and missing my shot while people are charging.

I tried unflinching on final boss and turned out the effect is not much. Mine has firefly, spray and play, and field scout. Agile scope as well. Suits me for everything.

I have spray and play, very worth it if you run it with snap shot over armor pen as the play style that revolves around quick scoping benefits more from a fast reload.
