If so why??? Seriously asking. You get 10 times faster for cheaper with a monitor.
Seems everyone thinks bigger is better smh
So it seems some of the younger generation uses monitors but older generation prefer TV's.
Not once did I say gaming monitors have better picture (obviously they don't) that's why they are faster. Theres compromises either way you go, TV or gaming monitor

I have a 40" tv and a 21" monitor wich i have both used for gaming in general. I like my tv for casual gaming from bed or the sofa but if its serious gaming like raid or online then monitor all the way
-
I have a 32" smart TV, it's good till you want to play something like BF4 and be at the top of your game. It's too big.
Seems everyone thinks bigger is better smh
Yes. I will take my big screen over a monitor any day.

8 RespuestasLol. What do you care what I use? My Sony XBR is 55" of HD awesomeness, without lag or burn-in issues. It mounts nicely on my wall between my surround-sound speakers, and goes well with my recliner that holds my beer or vodka. I couldn't care less what it cost. I wouldn't game on a monitor unless it had all the features I just mentioned.
-
Yeah I play on a monitor.

60 inch TV 39 inch TV 24 inch monitor Only difference is screen size but ok
-
Actually you can change the settings on most HD TV'S to get rid of latency issues. It usually makes the picture a tad washed out though.

Dual monitors split with pc and xbox...can do both, Asus rog monitor ftw

1 RespuestaNo I personally use a sewing machine to play destiny.
-
I game on my watch scrub

I have a huge monitor I switch between my PC and Xbox.

Monitor is 23", connected to my computer, and sits on my desk. TV is 60", mounted to the wall, faces my couch. Which one do you think I use?

5 Respuestas50" plasma tv connected to my surround sound system. Gaming while in a lazyboy. Can't beat it.

Cuz my pc doesn't have a ginormous 7.1 surround sound system......or a couch....or a place for my scotch...
-
I do what I want

I prefer a larger screen, 55" LED 3d, although the 3d ins't that great. Pull the lazy boy in the middle and game on!

2 Respuestasquestion: do you still live in your parents house? if not: why would you sit in front of a tiny-whiny monitor when you could sit on a couch in front of a 55" LCD display?
-
42inch monitor looks to be about double what my 42inch TV cost. Not closed to the idea though. I could stand to drop a few inches. But any more and Id lose detail from my couch. And I use my tv as my monitor too. Pc is on a seperate input to avoid paying absurd cable prices when I can download stream everything for free (or under $10 without torrents). So if I could find something better for the same price I'm down. Suppose I'll start researching.

7 RespuestasEditado por YouKnowYouLoveMe: 1/29/2015 3:31:13 PMLove my TV. Why would I want to go spend money on a monitor when I already have a great TV? Doesn't seem smart. Also what do you even mean? "You get 10 times faster for cheaper with a monitor" I see you is the subject, get is the verb, I see a modifier and an adjective, but no direct object. COMPLETE YOUR SENTENCE, not being a grammar natzi but it doesn't even make sense. I'm not even mentioning the incorrect use of the preposition.

I game on a potato

I game on my toaster. Is fun

1 Respuestawe do because we are educated enough to get one with a gaming mode and most of all, can afford it. get a better job, research tv's and then come back and see if you can make the same post without laughing.
