What really got me into anime hardcore was Bleach, I remember being able to sing the japanese opening, and two that I always went back for are one piece and Naruto, though I moved onto the manga. Honourable mentions go to Hitman Reborn, even though they loved a convoluted story line I was always able to keep up. As for bad I can't really think of many but Air Gear really went insane (not in a good way) after the sky king and it just felt like too much for me. I've been out of the anime game for a while now and am currently re-reading both Kenichi and FairyTail

Just about done with Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. Definitely one of the cutest animes I have ever seen. My favorite is still Nisekoi though.

Old Gundam was the best - Gundam-W and Seed were some of my favs. Knight of Sidonia - wow amazing and very graphic and very much like a roller coaster.. Berserk - Need I say more...
