Does anyone know if this will continue? I mean, I spend a lot of shards and marks on my current legendary outfit. Now I have to buy everything new and do a lot of grinding for new shards. I don't really mind, but if in march the new level cap will be 34 and in june it will be 36 and in august 38 etcetera, we have to do everything over and over and over again. If that's the case I don't think I will spend any shards on these new legendary items....

It will probably continue every DLC till they stop supporting the game, so there is no reason to hoard cause there will always be the next DLC to make things obsolete
