9.5 Don't want to be overconfident, but it always seems like I'm always the player to help carry the team or actually communicate. I can't even tell how many times I have had to choke the information out of a player who will not communicate with a team, plus I almost always fulfill the role I play in VoG. Hard or Normal mode.

As long as I have my Ice Breaker I can get in, kill the gatekeeper, get the relic, and get out before I go blind, then pass the relic to a friend and go get the other as well. I've never seen someone else pull that off reliably so I guess that's 10 worthy. I'm also just really pretty good at everything in the raid. My only weakness is that I'm a hunter and for some people that's a deal breaker because all of my abilities are nearly useless

8/10 im pretty good I can hold my own, I can use the relic, I know the paths and what to do. But still have a few things to learn like solo'ing the portals.

(Hard mode) Can fly with the relic. Normally kills at least two oracles with the relic each teleport. Knows all the ins and outs of the raid and normally assigning jobs and calling audibles when someone dies. Have downed atheon in one teleport a couple of times. (http://youtu.be/2_y58Xe61Yc). Fastest hard mode start to finish is 40 mins and this was not an attempted speed run. Haven't done one of those yet. GT: AshAwesome12, Hit me up if you need help with raid. I go almost every day. Always willing to help someone who helps themselves. IE: don't care about your gear but at least show up with leveled weapons.

8, only because I have 24 completions and that means I haven't gotten rank 3 yet. 3 lvl 30s with a large variety of weapons too though

Normal - 8ish Hard - 5ish ( only tried a couple of times when I was a 29 but understand mechanics and can fill most roles )

Since raid is all about team i will give a solide 9.5 to my team,Killimanjaro :D
