I for one like the new story line

At least your being optimistic... If you don't like Halo, then why do you care? Nobody is forcing you to play them or pay attention to them. Some of us enjoy Halo and want the series to get back to what it can be, so how about you put your attention onto other subjects.

Halo died with Reach. Halo 4 was just another nail in the coffin.

What if Halo wished that you would die?! You wouldn't be so happy would you? Halo has feelings too you know... Especially Mustard Chef.

I personally loved reach as well but after Bungie left, because they wanted to preserve the halo storyline as it was, the game crashed 4 sucked and I expect all the new ones to as well.

I feel halo died with the end of three. Master chief is floating off into space, and the war is over. 343 is creating a new series. With a imposter as chief. But I will allow them a final chance to redeem themselves. Hoping 343 fails is harsh though. They are a new company, and I will wish them the best. No matter what happens.

I play Halo for it's Campaign, I only ever play MP when I'm with my friends and that's usually custom games, I rarely play MP on my own. Contrary to popular belief; I actually like the direction 343i is going with the Halo story, I believe that their much better at story telling than Bungie was.

The campaign was great but ..... The multiplayer was meh

Yeah i think halo reach was good time to time but halo 3 is stunning and every thing after bungies reign of awesomeness shouldve ended the series

Reach was a great game! It gets too much undeserved hate.

I want 343 to get their shit together and make an amazing game. I'd prefer the series to end on a high note rather than fade out after two big let downs.

I'm going to give Halo one more chance whenever the next one comes out, but if it doesn't show improvement, sadly, I'm moving on.

Played a match of Halo 4 a few days ago, and I enjoyed it more than any battlefield 4 match I've had so far. Yes, Halo 4 had issues and problems, but so did Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo: Reach. Halo 3 was a damn good game, but even it had its issues. Every game is going to have issues and you'll make yourself miserable if you only focus on them. Yes, you should actively participate in community discussion if you want them to change certain things about the game, but the claims that Halo 4 suck are just stupid. It's still Halo, you can 4 shot with the BR, movement speed and jumps are similar to Halo 3, melees actually bleed through shields, and for -blam!-'s sake, there is no bloom. Sure, there are issues that still need to be addressed, but having issues doesn't make the game bad. Armor Abilities need to just go away, perks kill the level field, infinity and slayer just don't mix, and vehicles need a more traditional Halo 2/3 health system, but otherwise, from a gameplay viewpoint, the game has no other flaws. One of the strongest issues with Halo 4 is the lack of variety compared to its predecessors. One sided objectives, custom infection, VIP, Assault, Invasion, Firefight, and territories are all sorely missed from many of the community. Combine that with the DLC fiasco, and what you've got is a game that plays well at its central core, but stagnates as it expands. 343i is not only armed with this information, they are (at least saying they are) actively working with and listening to the community to make a better Halo. If they beta test the game, and they really listen to their community, I think they'll make a fantastic game, especially when you consider that its a next gen title, and all anybody is asking for is Halo 3.5.

Not sure where your take is on Reach, but in my opinion that was by far the best campaign out of them all hands down.
