I only yoink if it was my kill. If I had a few shots down and somebody moves to assassinate, I yoink them.

How do you know they weren't chasing that person down for an assassination, how do you know you were moving in on their kill? There are never justifications for a yoink, especially in team based play. Free for all is fine, but never in team games, it pisses too many people off.

If a guy is in front of me, shooting at me, and I fire back and am going to win the gun battle, that is my kill. That is when I yoink.

there's never a guarantee you will win the battle and you still don't know that the guy assassinating wasn't chasing him without his knowledge.

I can normally tell if I'm about to win a battle or not. Don't be a bitch about being yoinked if you assassinate. Don't assassinate if you can't handle it.

Don't be a bitch about someone having enough skill to assassinate. You're just made cause the guy getting the kill is better than you.

There's never a reason to assassinate. You're chasing someone down? Quit wasting time and just shoot them. Or go for a beatdown.
