Nothing really. It's the end of our existence. Our body shuts down and we just "end".

you just go black end/ ? if some that makes getting rich that much more important because there is nothing after death that also means many many many people would not reach that goal and die unhappy I don't believe that is the case.

You're right, many people do not achieve their life goals. But you're wrong to assume that "getting rich" is the only thing people want. Besides, just because a lot of people would die unhappy does not mean that my "theory" is wrong. It's no reason to dismiss it.
