Parental Controls not working?
I have linked my sons account to my account. I went to allow text chat and voice chat and for some reason it is not working. We've waited one week to see if it just might need time. It has not worked. I don't know why it's not allowing him to talk or type when I've allowed it as his mother. Please help. I'm starting to get frustrated with this support system.
