I got my friend to try out destiny for the 1st time and he got to gaurdian rank 2 and i invited him and told him to start armsweek questline we did the pve half and pvp hardwire and then turned in and made it to queststep that says to equip volatile mod to bow but the mods are not appearing in the tab at all , im rank 10 and worked fine for me but he cannot see them at all and dont know how to progress because telemetry is not showing up in ada 1 menu andhe has no way to obtain a top slot bow to use so locked out of the medieval hardwire mode as a result
