Hi there. As mentioned, deleting an account while you have Cross Save active will only make the Cross Save setup permanent, which I doubt you want.
To undo your setup, you must authenticate all linked accounts to deactivate the Cross Save. If your Steam account were deleted, it wouldn't be possible to authenticate it and under no circumstances will Bungie forcefully unlink or remove an account.
If when you go to deactivate you see an error saying you have a cooldown from buying Silver, you'll have to wait for that to expire before you can deactivate.

But I got silver on my ps5 about 1 week ago so I can not unlike because I what my psn account linked to my pc but it linked my pc to my psn

Unfortunately, the 90-day cooldown for purchasing Silver is mandatory and cannot be shortened or removed. You'll need to wait for it to expire. That means your setup cannot be altered for another 80+ days. Bungie wont step in and deleting your PC account will permanently lock it as is.
