I’d say yes; Stormcaller as a whole is quite viable, but it’s often quite a bit more difficult in higher difficulty activities than Voidwalker or Dawnblade because arc as a whole lacks intrinsic healing capabilities. However, what Stormcaller lacks in healing it makes up for in neutral game and ability regen; from its Electrostatic Mind aspect.
