Trials thoughts.
I just find it funny how the casuals are complaining about not being able to go flawless and how the MM is so bad and this that and the other. We got the system we have now because of y’all. Everything bungie has done in regards to trials is pro casual jimbo gamer. Let’s just bring it back to 1 pool with everyone in it and random matchmaking, that’s the very simple solution. No trio, duo, solo, kiddie pool mm nonsense. Good old trials of osiris 3v3. Player pop would go through the roof.

Not saying the player population goes up and down only due to what the matchmaking is, I'm just saying that's what a whole lot more people were doing when the game was cbmm and when they thought the game was cbmm.

1 RespuestaWell, we are probably getting whatever form of checkmate bungie decides on for trials and if not trials than comp, in the final shape, I highly recommend everyone play checkmate and give feed back .. How it sits now, it favors titans and hand cannons and it's cbmm, guess who is and who is not playing and giving feedback. ( Cough ) casuals..... I think it's a great mode personally, minus the inflated health and altered nerfed and buffed primary weapon ttk.. ( smgs n sidearms and bows ttk imo are they only primaries in that mode that should be tinkered with ) Abilities, spec ammo and super cooldowns are on point.

8 RespuestasI wonder if part of the problem is that Comp has very little loot to offer. Divisions exist to gauge ability and allow players of similar skill to compete against each other. That’s where players of all abilities *should* be sweating their personal PvP endgame. I understand the idea of Bungie wanting to entice new players into Trials, but what Trials is and who it’s aimed at seems to have got a little muddled in the process. But here’s the other thing: Trials is the only part of PvP that isn’t free-to-play. If “pro casual jimbo gamer” is paying for it…
