Lacuna card NOT in Athenaeum
Yes, I reset console cache before making this post. I've done it multiple times. I've seen the threads where this is suggested to be the clean cut solution. It's not.
Have not had access to Lacuna card at all after finishing the associated card quest.
PLEASE investigate as a game bug.

Sometimes the completed Major Arcana quests go there, but they don't actually properly complete until you pick them back up again from the archive. Could you check on both the character who completed the quest, and on an alt.
