The problem is that they put weapons in the lighthouse that you can only get from beating other players. Everyone paid for this game but not everyone can get flawless for the rewards. They should only give an emblem for flawless. It's pretty dumb to put content in the lighthouse only for the more skilled pvp players when a large majority are mainly pve players but want that gun. They have really created a crazy rng rewards system and mixed pvp into it. I don't think they'll ever be able to fix this game
