No, the entire point of this post isn't that the weapon shouldn't have recoil. It should obviously have recoil and I have no problem controlling the recoil. The issue is that it has more recoil than it should have with a stability stat of 100/100. I have an Arctic Haze I just farmed for that I'm going to post a new video with that has LESS RECOIL than the Quicksilver Storm with a stability stat of 78/100

  • Ah I see you don't fully understand how recoil actually works While yes 100 is bigger than 78 I can't remember it exactly but depending on the numbers you have a different recoil pattern Sometimes lowering your stability is a good idea to get a different pattern and barrel/ stock option that doesn't even modify the stability stats often give you big advantage There was a good video on recoil some times ago ...im sure you can find it Honestly not your fault its 1 of those thing that most peoples doesn't know about and its really obscure and need plenty of testing to see

  • The point is that the Quicksilver Storm has a stability stat of 100/100 and is supposed to have the least recoil of any rapid-fire auto rifle in the game. Especially with a stability stat of 100/100 (more stability = less recoil) Yet I have an Arctic Haze with 80/100 stability (didn't realize it rolled with smallbore so I was able to max out it's stability at 80/100) and it has LESS RECOIL than the Quicksilver Storm that has 20 more stability than my legendary auto rifle

  • You obviously didn't read what I said Recoil doesn't work like that Look it up

  • I have looked it up, and even the game literally says word for word that stability is "How much or little recoil you will experience while firing the weapon" The amount of stability your weapon has directly affects how much recoil it has. The Quicksilver Storm has a stability stat of 100/100 and yet when I'm shooting it side-by-side with my legendary Arctic Haze that has 80/100 stability my Arctic Haze has LESS RECOIL which is why I'm saying that the stat on the gun is NOT ACCURATE and either needs changed to correctly reflect how much recoil it actually has or they need to reduce it's recoil to actually match that 100/100 stability stat that the weapon has.

  • Stability helps to control recoil direction, these stats are linked to each other like impact ties to charge rate for fusion rifles.
