I feel like i have the best idea for pvp specifically trials. Hear me out. We all hear the people saying no sbmm right? Mostly streamers lol. What if you made trials flawless once per character? By the time sunday/monday comes around the only players left would be the ones with lower kd's and who would normally need a carry. Those players would automatically be matched with similar skilled players. The game would work its self out on its own. A big problem in trials is the elite will go flawless numerous times while matching with lower kd players it gets very discouraging to play. There is no need for a player to go flawless and keep grinding for weapons and armour when we can reroll everything anyways? Those players are just getting payed to carry. Yes what about cheaters? Well they only get 3 characters (3 times to go flawless) so if they cheat atleast its only 3 times and not every single match they play. I love playing destiny more specifically trials and i just want to have fun again. Thank you for your time.

7 RespuestasGreat idea, but let's just take this all the way shall we? Why just stop at PvP? All of those PvE players who don't KWTD - the PvE sweats only get to do 1 GM per character per week and then they are locked out of the mode. Not sure why we should allow these PvE gods to farm all these Adept Weapons, Ciphers, Exotics Mats etc.. when your average PvE Jim is struggling to clear 1. Plus, since I'm not good a PvE in general, I think there should be SBMM in Raids and GM's to allow it easier for me to clear without as much effort since I'm not good at PvE. Say - my squad wipes in a GM, by Sunday if we haven't made it then there should be half the champions and enemies should have half the health so I can actually clear it. Of course I should get the same loot as the people who did it the regular way. Because fairness. And science. We had a nonflawless pool for Trials for a long time, let's make a noncleared pool for Raids and GM's too. Plus there should be freelance GM's and freelance raids where I should be able to clear things myself with the expectation that I can get it done without having to communicate or pair with a team.

12 RespuestasLmao 🤣 🤣 go to sleep dude aa this is obviously an idea you made up while half asleep. Trials shouldn't be locked out to anyone regardless the flaw count for the week. All your wanting is easy games and that's not what trials was designed for. Don't like it don't play it simple as.

Trials has already been watered down enough. You are not entitled to Flawless tickets or the rewards gained from a trip to the Lighthouse. No one benefits from further reducing incentives for players to remain in the matchmaking pool.

Editado por Zodleon: 9/15/2023 7:30:36 AMThe goal is always to make flawless easier. Never to make the game mode better. It's always trials at fault. Never I should improve. I spent 5 years getting to my current skill. I remember being negative. I didn't ask them to change tge game for me, i improved. Yall need to drop the scrub mentality. Everyone is capable of the low bar that trials asks. Ppl without hands go flawless. The hard truth is that not everyone needs or should go flawless. And if you aren't willing to put the time in to improve you don't deserve flawless. Thank you for your time.

1 Respuesta"I feek like I have the best idea.." no believe me, your idea is showing that you obviously don't know how the mode works and what is important for this gamemode when it goes to longlivity. Not only streamer say "no sbmm for trials" every person who overthink the whole thing with enough knowledge would come to this solution. SBMM in Trials would kill the whole mode. The amount of people getting their flawless would drop form 20-33% to 0,5-3%. The whole system behind trials is not made for something like sbmm. It's every time the same.. people who are just bad in pvp act like elitists (or the game itself) are ruining their matches. I tracked some matches and it's obvious, that you are just not good in pvp and that's why you are losing. The most of your enemies are definetly no elitists. I was thinking about the question "how can we get top and bad pvp player on the same table when it goes to trials." The only solution was: Give strong pvp player far more reasons to help weaker people to the lighthouse.

What about the good players who just want to play? Let’s limit “sweaty” gm player to only one clear per week; then they won’t get more materials than people who aren’t as good at gms.

5 Respuestas
We all hear the people saying no sbmm right?
"Good" players should be rewarded more than "bad" players in Trials. That is the purpose of the mode. SBMM would reward everyone equally (assuming the reward structure remained the same)
What if you made trials flawless once per character?
What about players who just enjoy playing the mode and want to keep playing? What about players who want to play with multiple teams? Also, this makes Trials inconsistent depending on the day. Friday and Saturday should be the same difficulty as Sunday and Monday.
A big problem in trials is the elite will go flawless numerous times while matching with lower kd players
How is this a problem? There is a Practice Pool for beginner players. Bungie gives you 2 Mercies, so even if every game is a 50/50, you still have an 11% chance to go Flawless.
There is no need for a player to go flawless and keep grinding for weapons and armour when we can reroll everything anyways?
You can't reroll Trials weapons or armor, so there is a very compelling reason to grind.
Those players are just getting payed to carry.
Wrong. Obviously. Also, who the heck pays for Flawless? I'm sure it happens, but it can't be commonplace (can it?)
What about cheaters? Well they only get 3 characters (3 times to go flawless) so if they cheat atleast its only 3 times and not every single match they play.
Banning cheaters is the solution. Don't punish everyone for a small number of players.
I love playing destiny more specifically trials and i just want to have fun again.
If you only have fun while winning, you don't really enjoy the mode.

Great idea

You forgot about resetting cards midway so only the carry goes flawless

20 RespuestasTrials has been called this game's "hardcore" or "hyper competitive" playlist basically since its inception. There are different and basically "equal" kinds of matchmaking in terms of what can be hardcore or hyper competitive but that's what that mode has always been called. That's not necessarily a bad idea but the one thing about it is that it starts out by immediately bleeding the playlist of players. And when Trials does that it really does get worse for pretty much everyone. All players should probably be encouraged to play more or as much as they want on the weekend. The bottomless flawlesses for top tier players is somewhat of a problem but with PvP its hard to think of a PvP game where there's not some part of it where people are supposed to play it quite a bit. I just think anything that's going to be good for trials is going to be something that encourages people of all levels to play more and it may not have to be a blanket solution where one thing does this to these people over here while doing something else to those people over there.

1 RespuestaEditado por BraddyBo: 9/13/2023 6:29:43 PMI would like a weekly trials lockout after 10 flawless runs, 100 wins or 150 games. Whichever comes out first. The hardcores do way too much damage to the mode when they have free reign to play 12+ hours of trials per day fri-mon. Going 200-20 or reaching the lighthouse 20+ times every single weekend is -blam!- absurd. I’m a sweat but I have limits and bungie should literally set some limits to protect the integrity of the mode.

13 RespuestasEditado por ㅤ Avvor: 9/13/2023 5:57:24 PM-No it’s mostly people who just like fun for no sbmm not just streamers -you can’t reroll anything anyways with how rng it is it’s needed to go flaw many times for a good roll adept wep unless you are lucky af -but as it stands if someone isn’t good enough to go flaw in this easy trials pools then they wouldn’t get any use out of an adept weapon compared to a regular verison anyway
