For the first time since D1Y1, my fireteam leader kicked me from an activity right before the completion registered for literally no reason whatsoever. I got the most kills, tied for most deaths (3), nobody used text/voice chat, nobody did bad or did anything that can be viewed even remotely toxic (like a tbag) nor did we wipe. Afterwards when I looked at his name on the lfg post I recalled seeing many threads reporting this dude before the “name and shame” rule removed the threads.
How is this guy not permanently banned from using lfg? He immediately blocked me on this app when I simply asked “Really dude?” then tried to send the same message on psn but he has stranger danger settings enabled. All this leads me to believe he has most likely kicked 100s if not a couple thousand players from his fireteam simply because he enjoys frustrating people, that’s it.

Editado por Gilgamesh: 9/7/2023 11:12:02 PMAnyone looking at this post, read comments the guy changes his story a few times, i just wanted to clarify and he got hostile and defensive. As well claims he has never been error coded due to flawless connection and as all of us know its server stability that causes these issues you can have fiber optic perfect internet and still be error coded. Idk what his goal was but it seems like they believed they could get someone banned they didn’t like. Story so far -Kicked before end
Getting kicked in general is normal if there is good cause (no mic, terrible performance, bad loadout) but not right before completing an activity.
-Kicked mid activity (separate reply to another in the fourm)
I got kicked mid-activity for the first time since og vog
-Kicked mid activity but actually was right after boss bug before chest (what he said to me which makes no sense)
Gap between boss kill and chest spawn is technically mid-activity which is why the chest loot doesn’t go to the postmaster when booted during that gap. 1 RespuestaEditado por Obi-Juan: 9/8/2023 1:24:59 AMIf you've edited this to say "right before completion" when that wasn't the case that is some hella sketchy stuff man lol, especially when you're advocating for someone to get banned just for using the ingame boot feature which anyone has the right to use. If you don't like it, host your own group it's painfully simple

Their fireteam. They have complete control over who can stay and who gets kicked. Don't like it? Make your own team

Speculate much?

I mean, we could mass report him and his account and make sure he cannot post on the LFG on this site at least. And if makes an alt account, we mass report that too. Food for thought.

Dude. It takes a certain type of person to boot people for pleasure. Not once or twice then feeling bad and not doing it anymore, but consistently still booting people for the thrill of robbing them of feeling good. Yeah "it's just loot". But when you do an act that solely makes someone feel like -blam!-, to violate their feelings... GUESS WHAT... 3 RespuestasEditado por AOSpare: 9/6/2023 5:47:38 PMThey should make it that once the activities are finished If you get booted all items should automatically be sent to postmaster. And also make it that if you boot often you can't use fireteams for a while. It would nip this in bud.
