Once per character per week. Raids only become farmable once they’re in the rotator list so Crota won’t be farmable until the raid for Final Shape drops.

New Dungeons are farmable I don't see why Raids aren't

Yeah I’m not really sure what the thought process is behind that. I stopped trying to understand Bungie logic years ago lol.
