we should have high ability uptime in pve, and low ability uptime in pvp. but logic doesn't exist at bungie studios, they just keep lengthening the cooldowns over and over again. at this nerf rate in final shape we will have to wait 10 minutes for a dodge.
someone at bungie forgot that the pve & pvp sandboxes can be separated.

Worst is they literally do this in story mode missions all the time. Proving they have the capability, the laziness and greed factor just overrides any innovation with this pathetic small indie company.
