I've never run in one myself but it's on my bucket list.

I'm bulking for winter running might make me lose some of my bountiful girth so I refuse to go faster than 2 mph
-
I would love too! But I don’t have that much stamina to do much.
-
Only way I'm running that far in one stretch is if I'm running away from something I cannot fight
-
No thank you. I’ve ran enough, I don’t want to anymore
-
Editado por Breaking_08: 8/5/2023 12:36:38 PMScrew that. It’s honestly not that impressive to me. Not saying it’s easy and that anyone could do it, but if I did, I wouldn’t be telling everybody. Because I let you in on a little secret…
Nobody really cares.
Happy Friday!

1 RespuestaLast time I ran one, I saw a frog. Had a blast. But as soon as I finished, I had to sit under an air conditioner vent. Recovered by eating an apple but not the core.

Love Marathon, my fvorite is when one of the Marathons activates his Marathon; and then he says in a boisterous voice. "ITS MARATHON TIME" - and proceeds to Marathon all over the place.
-
If anyone sees me out running please help me there’s something chasing me
-
Painful on the body, requires much running, I would not recommend...
-
The longest I ever ran was a 5 mile competition in hilly terrain. I was done after that. If you think you're up to the commitment and training, go for it.

Editado por Fred-7 (Supreme): 8/8/2023 2:19:39 AMPersonally, I don’t think they’re worth it. To hardcore for me. But when/if I join the army, I’ll have my share cut out for me

Probably could have after basic training or when I played soccer at school. Wanting to run one is another thing. I knew a couple once who would run a marathon and then bike 100 miles just for fun.
-
1 RespuestaI’ve ran a 5k before. I could probably run a marathon, I’d just have to pace myself and slow down.
-
My knees are a bit -blam!-. But I could stand in a grassy knoll and lob water balloons.
-
Not that hard. Just train for ~3 months and you're good.
-
People are welcome to them, but personally I run for survival or necessity; my knees and years of smoking aren't really conducive to a pleasant running experience.
-
Not sure about running a marathon, but I’d like to cycle long distances. Maybe one day try a Tour de France stage.

Editado por Oryx's Slimy Worm: 8/5/2023 10:27:34 AMCan't 🫥. Bad "1 in a million" knee injury that made my PT say to "just don't" when I asked her if I'd be able to run again. Before this though I did the Color Run and it was pretty fun, even voluntered to throw some of the dye at people as they ran by.

About three times a year there are half marathons / fun runs / charity runs through my city and they close some of the main roads for like a whole day over a weekend. It’s kind of annoying when I have to go to work, because not only do they always close the road off that I have to cross to get into town, but our store (for some dumb reason) is split up on two sides of a different road that is always closed off as well. So if you want to go on your break (or just, y’know, leave at the end of your shift), you have to stand there at the barriers for a good ten minutes waiting for the runners to go past because you can work on one side of the store but have your locker on the other side.
