I made this post on the D2 reddit as well, but I figured I can get a bit more eyes on it here.
So, a little backstory. My Brother in law plays nothing but D2 PvP. He has thousands of hours in game if you count D1 and D2. He has bought every dlc, and every season pass. He plays on a factory new ps5 with absolutely no modifications. He's incredibly good at pvp because that's literally all he cares about in the game. He keeps getting a PvP restriction for absolutely no reason. He has been restricted 3 times just this year and the reason listed on the restriction is an unstable internet connection. This is false. Every time he got banned, he asked if he can play on my account and nothing happens. Same ps5, same internet, just a different account and not a restriction to be seen. He is never able to finish the season card because of the pvp restriction. It's honestly ridiculous. I don't mind sharing my account with him as he's my brother in law, but it's such an inconvenience for everyone. We cant play together with our coworkers. I can't hop on my account when he's on it. This whole situation makes no sense to me. Is there anything that can be done? He is banned even though he hasn't broken any rule or policy. Hes appealed the restrictions each time, but every time the restriction was upheld. He is restricted for MONTHS at a time. He is banned for seemingly no reason and every time he's reached out for help he's been ignored. We just don't know what to do here.

Since you guys share the same internet and all.
