I don't mind sharing my account with him as he's my brother in law, but it's such an inconvenience for everyone. We cant play together with our coworkers. I can't hop on my account when he's on it. This whole situation makes no sense to me. Is there anything that can be done? He is banned even though he hasn't broken any rule or policy. Hes appealed the restrictions each time, but every time the restriction was upheld. He is restricted for MONTHS at a time. He is banned for seemingly no reason and every time he's reached out for help he's been ignored. We just don't know what to do here.[/quote] The policy he broke is that his connection was unstable and you should appreciate the fact that they didn't decide to ban you as well dear. Since you guys share the same internet and all.
