That is interesting, and I hope to see more of Orin and the IX soon. However, they've already said it was a titan that broke his spine, because they thought he was a threat appearing in the Tower.

    I always say, I don't really know anything... I'm just having fun. I see these connections. Germaine (Drifter) talked about how Orin was the only Nine he trusted this season. Then the Bungie foundation lore reading, as someone noted... It's not new lore, but it's about Orin. Could it be a coincidence? Absolutely. Or could it be a clue for things to come? Absolutely. We need to resolve the arc with the Nine, seemingly before the saga ends, and Orin seems like a good contact point for that narrative exposition. That's, in part, what my predictions are based on. Also, thank you 😇 👍💠.
