At least warlocks have one. Titans don't have a shutdown super. Hunters have blade barage

One of the best shutdown supers in game too. You can try and dodge supers like Nova and Blade Barrage. Thundercrash will hunt you down.

No it's not a shutdown super. A shutdown it's a insta kill that requires no roam. If you set off a thundercrash you have to roam to the target. Look at what nova bomb, blade barage and warlock strand super have in common, mechanics speaking

If we went with what you’re saying Shadowshot which has always been considered a shutdown super (despite being terrible at its job) wouldn’t be a shutdown super, because It doesn’t insta kill anything. It sounds to me like you’re saying that you want a one and done super (although Thundercrash technically meets that requirement too, since it’s one attack). From what I can tell Thundercrash is definitely a shutdown super. However I’m not against Titans getting a new one and done super.

No thundercrash isn't a shutdown, it's like a target seek, like chaos reach and that throwing staff of a hunter. Shutdown its like nova bomb. Blade barrage or the warlock strand. They all have the same mechanic
-
Chaos reach is a shutdown super though......
-
No it isn't for the same reason a thundercrash isn't. It doesn't activate fast enough like a blade barage or nova bomb
-
They're both shutdown supers. They're both one and done. They're too short to be considered roaming supers. Plus they have the same caveat as both nova bomb and blade barrage, well at least chaos reach does and that being limited mobility during casting.
-
I'm done with this topic , I've been talking about it, long enough
-
Thundercrash is 100% a shutdown super.
-
If you think it is, then you don't know what one is. Shutdown supers have a particular mercanic. Nova bomb, blade barage , warlock strand. Thundercrash is like chaos reach for a warlock or that arc throwing staff for a hunter.
-
One and done. That’s the definition of a shutdown. You get one chance at big damage and that’s it.
-
That's not the definition of a shut down exactly or you could say that about every super. You see the mechanic of nova bomb same as warlock strand and same as the blade berage

Editado por Graviton Lance: 6/6/2023 2:45:37 AM95% of Thundercrash damage if from impact. Youre trying to tell me that isn’t a shutdown super?! Bruh you got some hardcore copium happening right here.
-
It's more to do with the mechanic of the super then how much damage.
-
It’s not a shutdown super, it’s a tracking hunter-killer drone that acts like a cabal drop pod.
-
It tracks with extreme prejudice.
-
It don't track, you as the titan do the tracking
-
That’s... the point of “extreme prejudice”... it’s a joke.

Humour is lost on this one.
