I recommend FFXIV. Free up to Heavenward. And they have a promotion right now for Stormblood. Free until May 8th. Insane amount of content FOR FREEEEEEEE!

Loved that game and played for quite a bit but kind of fell away from it after personal circumstances changed. Just really liked the whole game over all from the in game LFG, to match making even the hardest crap to see if it can be done in a PUG, job system, content, but kind of disliked the forced partying. I know it's an MMO but I'd like to play alone sometimes and shouldn't be forced to progress solo story in a group.

You can try Warframe where you can walk through anything as a walking nuke

Well good news. They added NPC dungeon runs in ARR, Heavensward, Shadowbringers and Endwalker. No party needed. On certain dungeons I think you HAVE to have other players though.

Ironically enough Storm blood is the only one that doesn't have duty support for NPCs https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/game_manual/dutysupport/

It's insane. May 8th is the cut off for free Stormblood! REALLY underrated due to it being sandwiched between two of the best expansions in the game. But sometimes I like to sit in those areas and chill. Definitely the best scenery out of all of the game (I just started Endwalker).

Just a tip for anyone that wants to play FFXIV for free. Don’t ever get the standard edition, even if it’s offered as free for 30 days. When the 30 days run out you can never play for free on that account again. I know this from my own sad experience. If anyone thinks/knows I’m wrong could they please explain how I get to play for free on my PS5 again, without using a different PS5 account. I’d honestly like to be able to.

If they're complaining about difficulty in this painfully easy game, do you really think they'll be able to handle actual mmo raids?

Nah they wouldn't, the strategy required to raid in FFXIV, SWTOR, WoW even fall on deaf ears here. That's what this game needs, actual strategy, not bullet hoses, plates, and jumps. Loved all the raids up to Heavensward and no one in D2 would handle them.

Plus there are 8 person raids that I haven't even touched and I'm in ENDWALKER (the newest expansion) On top of that, you progress through story. You don't NEED to raid. The only requirement is the first 3 24 alliance raids. You don't need to be good. That's the MAGIC of FFXIV. Plus the players aren't toxic unless it's in endgame of the current expansion. Also with the free version of the game, there is NO FOMO. Your time is respected, there are guides on YT by Square Enix themselves on how to play the game. Plus players actually HAVE to be paired with each other. As in queuing for dungeons, trials etc. Everyone says hi in the beginning and gg tyfp in the end. Plus the game actually EXPLAINS HOW TO PLAY. They also have Hall of Novice to tell you how to play even further. FFXIV presents itself better than destiny. One of the reasons that people think Destiny is very hard is because the devs don't actually play themselves. Have you seen them play live? It's like someone picked up a controller for the first time. So I doubt they know what players need. They don't have a proper tutorial. With FFXIV, the game gets harder as you progress. It's literally TRAINING YOU for harder content even if it's not intentional. But people complain about long posts here. People don't like to read apparently. So if people think that reading a long post on a destiny forum is hard, I don't think they'll like FFXIV lol.

I play Dark Knight and Ninja. And FOR SOME REASON. I understand Ninja more than ANY other class.

I play NIN, SCH, SMN, and Reaper mostly. But I have every class softcapped. I'll never know why people struggle with remembering Ninja's skills lmao

As long as they aren't using Macros, that's amazing! I've seen so many "bad" ninjas that tried to macro their jutsus 💀

I do alot of raids and dungeons, mainly chasing mounts like my Kyuubi and ooooh mah god macro dps players hurt my soul. It's people that either aren't capable of learning their openers or too lazy to do them manually

I got the Fenrir mount two Troves ago by ONLY doing The Keeper of the Lake (before they changed it). I was able to do it. I tried with the last one to get the 2mil MGP mount but I procrastinated too long. But DO I have Kirin and Firebird now.
