Champions are some of the laziest mechanics in all of gaming.
At this point I think dmg’s mom made them cause Bungie protects champions so dang hard.
They are the most gimmicky BS enemy types I’ve ever seen in a game. Lazy lazy characters from The Infinite Forest from 4 YEARS AGO! Yet this AAA Game Company worth 3.6 billion dollars can’t figure out how upscale enemy difficulty????? 🤣
Every other power level based game uses the standard of increasing enemy power base as a parallel to keep activities challenging for players.
But what does this AAA Game Company do???? Put Champions everywhere.
Lazy.
Champions should be removed from the game and I don’t care if hurts dmg’s feelings. They are stupid. Whoever came up with Champions is stupid.
Get them outta the -blam!- game.

Genuinely asking because you don’t have any GM or raid clears listed on your report so it makes me wonder if your perspective would change at all if you actually tried the harder and more challenging content you say you wish this game had. Other games don’t always do that though, WoW for example uses power level though gear lvl yet if you wanted to raid old raid you can solo them because it’s not scaled up. I’m not even defending them either, I think they could be spiced up as well, but I’m just guessing you don’t like them because you can’t get into the harder content to even attempt to deal with them. If you tried GM Lightblade or Glassway, you’d at least say they aren’t easy to kill and lazy, they definitely make you plan for them.
