There needs to be quitter penalties, just not match suspensions. Since people are leaving to protect a carefully farmed KD, then that's what needs to be hit. 3x Quits in a day, negative .10 to your KD. 3 more, another .10 reduction, 9 quits in the same day, reset to .50 overall, and never to completely reset to 0.0 so that you can't play one match and get it back to 1.4 or whatever instantly. It's much harder to work your way back up to 1.8 from 1.5, than to go from 0.0 to 1.8. There's your solution, Bungie you're welcome, let's get moving on this right away.
