after the buffs to the collective obligation it works better than ever, and it works very well with the entire kit of the Warlock and hunter especially, it still feels kinda meh on titans and i think the best way to fix that would be to add a catalyst to the weapon with the perk "Repulsor Brace" this way titans would really be able to utilize the offensive bulwark aspect with the controlled demolitionist, while having a reliable way of getting an void overshield. on another note i would love to see the Repulsor Brace perk work better with volatile rounds, since if the volatile explosion kills the target and not the weapon, the perk wont activate, meaning no overshield. making it so that a volatile explosion or a void defuffed kill grants an overshield would help alot.
