Severance Enclosure.
It makes powered melees release an explosion, really useful if you want to gain territory by using a throwing hammer that spawns a sunspot.

I used it a lot a while back. Used to be my favorite thing before they nerfed knockout. Knockouts back on the table now though so it might be worth revisiting.
