Personally, I find Arc Lock extremely good at ad-clear. The new melee is insanely good in both PvE and PvP.
Chaos could use a buff in PvP, though. It has the second lowest damage resistance after Golden Gun and is a Tier 2.

But it can instantly melt everything even supers (Not talking about hunter resistance while dodging its probably a bug its impossibe that its intended XD)
