I wish they would add some adept weapons to Eververse.

Adepts aren't as great as some would like you to believe.
-
That's why they may as well add them ;)
-
I would pay Eververse $10-20 for an adept weapon that I could choose all perks and masterwork
-
Don't give them ideas.
-
well i mean all adept weapons really are is skins.
-
-
Are you a Diablo Immortal dev?
-
no i just enjoy skins for my weapons. and my characters
-
Problem is Adepts can take Adept mods and do get a small stat boost. Doesn't make them miles better but they are better. I would like to see legendary weapon skins start to be a thing again (WITHIN REASON BUNGIE) now that sunsetting, has its self been sunset.
-
well really i take that back adept weapons really are just more or less skins cause theres no real point to adept mods due to the only one youd really want is impact. but even then it wouldnt matter numbers wise cause itll give a gun what maybe 200 more damage to an enemy if that much. the adept weapons are generally just skins or a fancy name thing on the end saying adept.
-
You realize the mod you mentioned only works on swords and there is only one adept sword in which you can no longer get…. You destroyed your entire argument of you knowing what you were talking about with that one line. This isn’t even regarding you not having a single one either…
-
I get it, an adept is like a 2% increase, but its still an increase. I remember Bungie getting a bunch of flack when D2 came our because blue mods or something were in Eververse. People would loose their minds if Raid, GM, and Trials level loot ended up in Eververse.
-
they wouldnt be. because it doesnt do anything special. now if like the adept weapons did more damage by like maybe another 1000 or so it would be a different story. but as they are now you just get a fancy recolor and a name.
-
adept weapons arent useful outside of pve which wouldnt hurt anything.cause pvp doesnt really let your weapons do great damage outside of certain weapon types "cough -blam!- fusion rifles cough"

You speak as if you’re very knowledgeable about this specific topic but from what I can tell you don’t even have any Adept and or Timelost weapons on your account. First of all every Adept/Timelost weapon is superior to their regular counterparts and a lot of regular legendaries within their shared archetypes. At the end of the day better is better and any amount of extra stat distribution or damage is going to help in all content. Plus these weapons roll with multiple perk options in the third and fourth columns and that is nothing but a bonus. With that said your comment regarding these weapons only being useful in PvE is just false. My Adept Shayura’s definitely outclasses the regular version I had prior to it in every way and it’s a workhorse in both PvE AND PvP. And that’s just one example. Honestly the instant that you stated how Adept Impact would be the only real mod that you would want you showed how very little you actually know. That mod can only be used on swords and considering there is only one Adept sword in the game, which is no longer obtainable, means that it’s literally one of the most worthless lol. However Adept Big Ones, Adept Range, Adept Reload, are just a few that illustrate there are plenty of worthwhile Adept Mods. So maybe before you try and spew information about a subject you clearly know next to nothing about why don’t you obtain some of these weapons and mods and get some actual hands on experience with them first.

you dont have to have a weapon to really determine if its worth it. which in all honesty their not. and if i wanted one bad enough id just throw a team together and go farm fatebringer which is way to easy to get. the only real difference between a regular and adept weapon is a shader change(i have a fatebringer that looks just like a timelost fatebringer). impact even being allowed only on swords like the other guy said doesnt really matter as it doesnt really do much to enhance the dps output. nobody can argue that adept weapons are worth getting for any sort of increase from normal because the increase isnt even noticeable. like i said before the only thing that would make a real difference between someone whose done something on master and a normal one is you get a fancy name addition and maybe a little more to a stat that doesnt actually mean much. a weapon variant from a harder difficulty should do far more damage than the previous weapon but from all damage calculations they just dont.

You state that the Adept Impact mod is the only one that’s worthwhile to use even though it’s quite literally at the very bottom of the Adept Mods list and one of the most useless. You also state that outside of PvE activities Adept/Timelost weapons aren’t viable which again is completely false. Now you’re sitting there and talking about the increase between the regular and Adept/Timelost versions of weapons not being noticeable even though you literally don’t possess any Adept/Timelost weapons to be able to make those claims. On top of that you’re saying that people can’t argue that it’s worthwhile to obtain said weapons because the differences aren’t noticeable but in reality myself and many others can make said argument because we actually have the weapons in question. With that said whether or not something is worthwhile is completely subjective. You don’t need to own a weapon to decide whether or not it is worthwhile for yourself but you definitely do if you’re going to make the asinine claims and arguments that you have here. A Timelost Fatebringer feels better than a regular Fatebringer. An Adept Shayura’s Wrath feels better than a regular Shayura’s Wrath. An Adept Hung Jury feels better than a regular Hung Jury. I know because I’ve used them all. At the end of the day the Adept and Timelost versions of those weapons and every other weapon feel better and outperform their regular versions. It doesn’t matter if you feel like it’s by a big enough margin or not because they factually do. If you think it’s easy to farm a Timelost Fatebringer then go and do it. Until then stop speaking like you know what it is you’re talking about when your only experience on this subject boils down to stats and numbers you looked up online.

ive gotten other peoples opinions that have the guns and they say for all intents and purposes their not worth the grind to get them. they dont provide any advantage in any tactical situation their just bragging rights
ive gotten other peoples opinions that have the guns and they say for all intents and purposes their not worth the grind to get them. they dont provide any advantage in any tactical situation their just bragging rights
Other peoples opinions? Okay lol. You honestly have no clue what you’re talking about and you just keep making that abundantly clear. Higher stats, better mods, and multiple perk options on weapons that don’t normally have them. Yup, definitely not worth it and they definitely don’t provide any “tactical advantage” lol. Grinding for god roll weapons regardless of whether they’re Adept, Timelost, or not is literally what the game is about so to say that grinding for better versions of specific guns isn’t worth it is just moronic. Not to mention you literally just told me farming for the Timelost Fatebringer is easy and you could do it if you wanted to so how could it not be worth it if it’s easy lol? You contradict yourself. The people who say that clearly have a hard time doing the content needed to obtain said weapons because it’s no different than grinding for any other weapon or god roll. The fact is they’re better than they’re regular counterparts and that’s not even debatable. But you do you, bud lol.

and everytime you reply you sound more and more threatened by a guy with no adept weapons not seeing a real difference between their worth. so you got some personal problems there mate.

Exactly 👏🏻
