Dares of eternity double xp weeks.

I genuinely feel destiny could benifit from having double xp weeks in rotation with the other weekly benifits. Double Strike loot, valor, and infamy (if we keep gambit) are good ideas, that i hope get extended to dares. I attempted too look up how many completions of dares i had, but could only find the amount of chests I've opened, being 75. I wanna say I've been apart of 3 or 4 lightning rounds, so doing the math on subracting those extra chests, that's 9-12 less. Meaning I've completed 63-66 dares of eternity. My current rank with xur is 13. The catalyst for the magnum that provides the main desire to even play dares, is at rank 16. Their is literally no way to currently gain extra xp in dares of eternity aside from i believe legend dares. I've yet to get a fireteam for that, so do correct me if legend dares doesn't provide extra progress. If bungie wanted us to have a way, the borderline pointless bounties xur provides, or starhoure's bounties, would provide reputation. Sadly that doesn't appear to be the case. What would be the harm of such a thing? You could say bungie should just make the bounties provide xp for xur, and that would be a valid request. Me personally, I'd rather have extra xp weeks, since i feel they'd be better for grinding xp in bulk. It's not a good idea to grind that much, for more than a week tops anyways, and i don't expect to get extra xp weeks, and bounties awarding reputation at the same time. Don't let me asking for extra xp weeks stop you if you'd rather have xur xp from bounties, and do ask bungie. Both bounties providing extra xp, and double dares xp weeks can easily benifit destiny. I got no problem with either. This catalyst for the magnum shouldn't take this long to get, like any catalyst. It was bad enough when eriana's vow came out. Most players took an entire season with the xp boost from the season pass, to even hope to get the catalyst. If you ever expect bungie to learn from a mistake, expect them to take multiple attempts learn. I mean no I'll will on bungie when i say that. I love you guys, just as much as i hate quite a few of your decisions on destiny. If you ask me, nobody truly cares about destiny, unless you have a love hate relationship with destiny, bungie, or both. Bungie brought us all together, and we have countless different ideas and desires for destiny (sometimes too many different/conflicting ideas). Bungie can only do so much while welcoming all of it. I hope that studio expansion is going smooth. I started asking for that back in Shadowkeep, and correct me if im wrong, it was announced in season of arrivals. Loosing Activision had it's downsides sadly, so im glad y'all are taking initiative to solve that issue. Above all bungie, remember to FINISH polishing your diamond before working on a new one. That's always appeared to be the biggest issue I've seen with bungie. To the community, don't have high expectations of bungie after you feel burned by them a few times. Bungie can deliver high level content, but the more we desperatly expect it, the more we will be dissapointed. We can't always expect the best, cause nobody is perfect. Perfection is a myth because their's always something that could be better, and people never stop improving. This does include bungie. To all, stay safe, have fun, and most importantly, Eyes up guardians. Become legend.
