prime gaming loot
so the last two prime gaming bundles havnt appeared for me at Amanda, i contacted amazon and they said that the tea cup bundle was successfully claimed and that the queenbreakers was pending, now i don't have the tea cup emote and its still not showing up in my collections/emote tab and the queenbreakers ornament doesn't show up in my inventory, I've relinked my account but it makes no sense that it doesn't work anymore as it used to perfectly fine, is anyone else experiencing issues? this really sucks, feels like I'm getting robbed in a way :/

tiny update, looks like I received a Christmas-present, the Queensbreaker-Bundle shows @ Amanda right now, the Cup of Tea not

Editado por TykhoMoon: 12/22/2021 11:23:40 PMsame issue here, "Cup of Tea" was claimed last month but I did not realise it cuz I already got the emote and simply forgot, the "Queensbreaker" this month was claimed as well, Amanda did not get anything, so I followed the advice by Prime and re-linked my accounts, then I was able to claim the "Queensbreaker" again, nothing showing at Amanda I also tried to get in touch with user-support about account-linking-stuff but did not receive any confirmation that this was received anyhow and a lot of silence since also had a chat with Prime Gaming Support for an hour to be back at square one, I cannot advise that to anybody
