1 RespuestaBeen Flawless twice this weekend in Freelance so far. The only problem I see is getting potato teammates. You just have to play well and get lucky with who ends up on your team. For all the potato players, please stop being the 1st to die. It goes a long way in Trials.

1 RespuestaEveryone should have realized that freelance wouldn’t be enough to attract a wider audience. People have their non adept loot. Why bother coming back to trials just to be fodder regardless? They’ll be back next season to farm a weapon or two, and then they’ll bolt again. Trials will lose its population MUCH EARLIER next season.

All they need to do is fix their damn dollar store matchmaking. Every game they put the best three in the lobby together. Example I had a game, other team all three over 2200 Elo top 2% my team myself 1700 elo my teammates 790 elo and 500 elo. Once in awhile find but every game is a mismatch. You tell me that's a fair match with a straight face.

I thinknits great and complained quite a bit the last few weeks when freelance wasn't an option. My only gripe is it still feels teams are stacked on purpose. That's on both sides. Far to many blowouts. You check destiny tracker and almost always one team is stacked with the higher players.

Editado por Olórin: 12/5/2021 1:01:44 PMI've had a ton of fun in Freelance as opposed to my experience in the regular playlist, i played as a duo with my friend and the matchmaking was awful. At least with Freelance its not only just a coin toss with who's in the game but also a mix bag of good and bad players, just felt a bit more fun on my journey to Flawless. I've done a couple solo Flawless runs now and it genuinely felt much more chilled out and fun, I liked it anyways. Thats just my take.

Haha "train". Is that really a thing? I've played pvp for countless hours and I'm absolute crap at pvp. I can master things from videos all I want but it doesn't help. I hate pvp and the elitists who say pvp is fine. Halo's back where it's truly a level playing field. D2 needs to adapt.

I went solo flawless three consecutive weeks - including freelance - freelance should be offered once a month like IB; I'm not playing this week because I've already got all the rolls on this week's adept. That being said, freelance could be so much better with at least a tiny bit of sbmm ... I've experienced both sides; I've lost eleven in a row and I've won double digits in a row. I even played after flawless to work on my seal, all solo, or in freelance. Trials overall could be so much better with minor tweaks but idk what Bungie's doing lol.

2 RespuestasEditado por amazinj2084: 12/6/2021 2:38:14 AMSolo queues for freelance, is for players that dont have friends. Its about time bungie gave a damn about us. But then again, theres way more bad players then there are good. Im not one of the good ones lol.
-
Usually play with a team but thought I’d try it. Second game, one player afk and the other dying within seconds of the round starting before they quit. I’m glad it’s a monthly thing for players who don’t want to team up but I won’t be playing it again.
-
For the record. I never asked for freelance trials. Just had a match where two guys from the same Clan killboosted and win traded in a trials freelance match. I usually play with a team but wanted to try out freelance. Not amused.
-
Most ppl complaining i wager are the ones who dont like freelance and want it stopped, as per last time as it took solos out of the squad stomp matchmaking of regular trials
-
1 RespuestaLiterally did not ask for solo trials ever… So I can complain

9 Respuestas
You literally asked for this. Don’t blame your teammates for your loss streak and take responsibility that you yourself need to train
No we asked for freelance trials and skill based matchmaking… Get it right..
-
1 RespuestaThat's like saying people can't complain if they order a Coke and the Coke comes warm and flat. It's illogical. The issue is matchmaking not simply freelance matchmaking. It's an issue in iron banner, non freelance trials, comp, and quickplay. Nobody was asking for substandard matchmaking. The notion that just because you ask for something you should accept it in any form is misguided. A person may ask for a husband but not want an abusive one. You might purchase something from Amazon with a stored credit card. It doesn't mean you should be happy if they leak your card number or personal info. People aren't asking for that.
-
2 RespuestasI accept that I'm not tremendously good at trials. However, I've been the top-performing member of my team for my last like 3? 4? matches? I've been playing WITH people around my level... But I've been playing AGAINST people who are much much better than us? It just doesn't make sense.
-
Yeah. If the game matches you and your two random blueberries against three sweats, it's all your fault.
-
3 RespuestasI'm just confused about how random players go from being called blueberries to being labeled potatoes. New forum topic. Destiny 2 players: Are they Fruit or Vegetables? Discuss.
-
1 RespuestaIf they somehow fix this teammates issue, everyone will just move on to the next big excuse as to why they aren’t winning. The same thing happened with Iron Banner and with comp. I’ve been saying this for weeks and got nothing but hate for pointing it out. It’s nice to see I was right along again.
-
Freelance was awesome I went flawless
-
You aren't interested in freelance, your interested in blaming teams for losing and anything else you can other then where the fault is actually at. So glad freelance is only a once-in-awhile game mode :)
-
2 RespuestasI got hate mail during the first freelance that was telling me not to play a part of the game I paid for. I told him if he doesn’t want potato teammates then form a team and get out of freelance. Don’t gatekeep a video game.
-
only way freelance will ever really work well is if they reward players better to stay in the regular pool and flawless pool which they should.
-
I already knew people would find something to complain about. First it was "I can't go flawless in solo queue", and now it's "Freelance matchmaking suckz".
-
The host/ his team have profit. Like in normal Trials/ other peer-to-peer D2 pvp ;)
-
I've been against it from the start. The current matchmaking has too many random factors in it to properly make the game mode competitive or even correlate skill tiers with card progress. And this is exaggerated by solos and when the plsyerbase lowers, hence why Freelance had 50% of its matches end in 5-0 or 5-1 last time, and I expect a similar result this go around.
