Trials Matching is a Joke
Here it is a day before reset, I'm 1.1 kd playing on a flawed passage and im still getting matched against 3 stacks with a 2.0 kd wtf Bungie?!

6 RespuestasThe sweats have learned that if they reset at 6 wins they can keep stomping other players all weekend and pad their KD stats. That's all this game is, numbers padding.

Team before that was .8, 1.1, 1.1. Team before that was .5, .6, .8. Team before that was .2, .5, 1. Team before that was .3, .4, .9. These are all manageable teams. If you would've won 7/7 opposed to 1/7 of these matches you'd be flawless. Keep grinding and improve, I have faith in you.

10 RespuestasI've been playing a ton of solo trials lately...it isn't that bad. You gotta carry the load tho , I wouldn't expect to win much if I'm a .3 player matching with other solo guys. Most matches I win, I gotta drop a 15-2 line. If ya wanna go flawless, let me know..I'll play with ya next weekend and will get ya there.

Players like this baffle my mind. They think they can simply walk into Trials get a quick Flawless like it’s nothing and be done. The reality is if you practice you should be able to get better and eventually make it. Furthermore, the most tell tale sign that a player doesn’t deserve Flawless is their mods. You wouldn’t walk into a GM without anti champion mods and the correct CwL mods etc. Why do players think it’s okay to boot up Trials with their anti champion mods and warmind mods and expect to win? This tells me right here that they don’t take pvp seriously and thus should be losing most of the time. Just like OP btw. He hasn’t played since Trials last week and his loadout had no business being in the playlist.

3 RespuestasDude, I went "solo" flawless today before reset I'm also a 1.1 KD player in Trials. It's all about IMO RNG of players you match against. My experience games 3-5 sweaty asf. 1-2 easy!!!! 6-7 for me also easy!!!!!!

29 RespuestasI looked through all of your games for yesterday and you are infact not a 1.1kd you're a .36... But in addition to that you played a handful of players barely above 1.2 and very seldom at that, nothing close to a 2.0kd and not one single team was what you would call stacked.

I feel your pain too. A couple of times I was matches against a group of solo flawless while I get 2 ppl on my team, both solos, who couldn't take 1 opponent down. It was so unbalanced. Why was I matched this way? I can't carry 2 solos who can't shoot and face a team of flawless, even though they were all solos. Does it have anything to do with the win precentage ratio, that I seems to always get the bad team?

Editado por A_mo: 10/12/2021 6:01:25 PMOne of the reasons that might be the case is that there's going to be plenty of people who just due to time constraints and stuff like that still haven't gone flawless basically all the way up until reset. I know for me, the fact that I felt a sense of stat related doom after playing so much solo on friday and saturday that didn't really materialize as stat doom on monday and today is so cool that I just cant get over it. With things like survival and stuff if you kept playing when you weren't really supposed to you were basically dooming yourself to a repeat of that experience forever. I think that if you have to or want to play solo you just have to be realistic but overall the way things work is pretty miraculous given all the things the game has to take into account. The only thing really wrong with playing solo that I see so far is that its just not going to feel rewarding enough for a good portion of the people who choose to or have to play that way. But if you're halfway decent and you don't have too high of expectations as far as winning you can probably go flawless on a mercy passage every once in a while. Definitely not every week, and you shouldn't ever really expect to, but you can at least do well enough to not feel like you're just fodder from friday until tuesday if you approach it right.

I have no clue my KD and I can’t really say if match making is good or bad. I have only played Trials solo and have gone into it knowing I’m only farming for loot. I try my best every game, some I win some I get rolled. I feel if I’m still getting kills and even round wins then I’m learning and improving. Honestly I’m having a ton of fun solo. My only complaint would be how little progress you get with a loss even if you play your heart out. For a casual like my self to stay in the cue I never want to see that my time spent is wasted.
