Hi there! Please follow the steps outlined below to provide an accurate system report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running. 1. Restart your machine. 2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon on the lower left, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so). 3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly. 4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool. 5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file. 6. Go to pastebin.com 7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box. 8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button. 9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.

  • According to your report, your system is using an MSI mainboard, correct? Specifically a MS-7B17? Can you please double check your manufacturer to ensure that it is up to date on its BIOS? Your BIOS version is A.70, which I cannot necessarily confirm if this is the latest BIOS for your mainboard.

    Ok. Please try these steps from BattlEye as well. When starting my game with BattlEye enabled, my system crashes with a bluescreen (BSOD). First of all, ensure that Driver Verifier is disabled on your system as it is currently known to cause problems with BE. You can find how to do so here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617/using-driver-verifier-to-identify-issues-with-windows-drivers-for-adva. To disable it please clear all of its settings and reboot your system. Secondly, please fully update your system’s BIOS. If that doesn’t help and the crashes persist please contact our support directly so we can investigate your issue. https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/

    I feel that you really don’t fix the BSoD bug, Fortunately, I haven't bought next year's DLC deluxe version. Anyway, you are too lazy to make money. I don't need to spend time on Destiny 2, Just as wasting 2000 hours of life & NT$3000 in exchange for a lesson. I think I will be happier in the next game. (Sorry that English is not my native language, I use Google Translate.)
