I am simply curious.
How many sweats prefer playing against other sweaty players or are they only sweaty against players playing for fun and casually?

3 RespuestasNot sure if I’m considered a sweat but I do enjoy playing against better players. Most fun I’ve had in crucible was playing a rumble match against a lobby with unbroken/flawless players. Every engagement was the most competitive experience I’ve ever had and I loved it. It only happened once a couple seasons ago.

1 RespuestaEditado por Novoca1ne: 7/26/2021 9:52:15 PMSweats only care about 1 thing; their KD ratio. Given this, they only want to play against unskilled players. hence the reason they had a big cry when SBMM was introduced. Now add to this 99% of YouTubers and streamers getting flogged when they played against tougher players meant no good content to publish and D2 PVP being seen in it's true light (absolute crap!). Oh, not to mention the BS "meta" weapon vids based on a sweat posting content of them killing 100's of noobs!

7 RespuestasOf course they don’t, that’s why they wanted to get rid of sbmm.

1 RespuestaFrom watching streams, I would have to say no. They usually hate how they play against each other, constantly complain its no fun, cuss at each other and how they play and generally get irritated and angry that they and the other team end up using all the cheese they have. Its really funny to me to watch sweats play each other. I always have to hold back from typing in the stream chat that this is the PvP you guys created for yourselves as they hide behind corners with swords out or emoting with 10 intellect lol >.<

3 RespuestasOf course not. Why do you think they fought so adamantly against SBMM?

5 RespuestasEditado por Cho: 7/29/2021 3:46:28 PMDepends what mood I’m in. Variety is best as always. Running over average joes time and time again is fun but gets boring eventually and playing super stacked games gives me a headache after a while. I don’t really pay attention to who I’m playing against, at least in 6s. Just play whoever is put infront of me. Also as others have mentioned there is a difference between sweats and qp warriors. I’m the latter though I play solo- just don’t enjoy the sweat environment and 6s is infinitely more chaotic and fun

5 RespuestasI wouldn’t say I’m a sweat but I love going through a challenge in Trials makes it all worth it

2 RespuestasId like to have the option of whatever I feel like. I don't want to have to put 100% into every game against a full lobby of top 5% players but I also don't want to be non stop playing against people who don't shoot back and aren't teaching me anything.

1 RespuestaYes, you always want to play good teams, win or lose.

1 RespuestaI enjoy facing good players, I don’t enjoy facing good players every single game. Back when we had sbmm, I was facing streamers like ifrostbolt every 3-5 games. It was incredibly frustrating. Its fun facing good players, I love the challenge but I don’t want to be sweaty 24/7. There are times I want to relax and do some bounties or try new builds. With sbmm, I had to use meta if I wanted a chance at doing well. It was still possible to do well with non meta weapons but you gotta put in way more effort and you gotta team shoot so much to get a positive K.D.A. I understand not everyone likes Cbmm but I love it only because I face all types of players. From skilled players to hidden gem players with a ton of potential to get better. Of course its fun to feel like a god sometimes when facing the weaker skilled players but its not like I get to steamroll every game, that bores me as well. So I hope that answers your curiosity, most of us enjoy the challenge as long as its not every single game.

9 RespuestasDepends. You mean the actual sweat or the pseduo-sweat who just stacks QP? Cause there's a difference. And you don't see the former in QP very often, and the latter would get curbstomped by the real deal.
