new dreaming city weapons not dropping
i think its because of the way they were stopped from dropping before and i have them unlocked in collections already so they wont drop.

It is pretty foolish of Bungie to reissue old weapons with new perks if they are impossible to reacquire. The saddest thing, of course, is that this is currently the least problematic failure in the game content right now.
