I got the ship this week. Like others have said, stay until the end and let the game dump you out. Also, check your ships after every round. I never heard the exotic engram sound and saw no icon or text saying I got it. I made it a habit to check after every run and finally got it. I have been running it on all 3 toons once a week for a couple months now. I was going to try farming this week, but it dropped. Good luck!
