Allo there, As game sharing is a console feature, you'd need to speak to PS support as Bungie doesn't offer support for it. That being said she should be able to play the main expansions if they're owned on the primary account however she won't have access to the seasons as they are not licence based but are owned by the account that bought them. So you'd need to own the deluxe edition on both accounts to have access to all seasons or buy each season as they come out.
