This right here. Someone in the forums tried to tell me that Warlocks are the most OP. They mentioned all the exotics that are either potent in PVE or PVP as well as Geomags combined with Chaos Reach. 😂😂😂😂. Everybody with common sense knows Bungie favors the Hunters the most. That is why Stompees and Dragon’s Shadow are still potent while Sanguine Alchemy got a nerf immediately before Trials was pushed out. Gotta keep that competitive scene of no skill alive and well.

Meanwhile Bungie’s own TWAB exposes Icarus Warlocks 😂 It sucks that most casual warlock players think warlocks are bad because they can’t perform well unless they have broken abilities...
For example a bunch of these forums thought Nova Warp on release was ok
-
Editado por hate n payne: 5/28/2021 10:58:33 AM😂😂😂😂 Yeppp and how Warlocks are considered OP only due to Chaos Reach and TT Dawnblade when I can honestly use any subclass and do work. Even after the nerf, I still use Nova Warp due to the how the super operates overall. To me it is a good super still. Whosoever thought Nova Warp on release was okay are the same clowns who believed Hammers were okay upon release as well as Spectral Blades when it was vastly OP. Those players are simply META abusers at the most with absolutely no sense of skill.
-
PVP has done nothing but ruin the fun of the PVE side.
-
I wouldnt say that. There are things on both sides that have ruined it for each other. The problem is that Bungie caters to garbage content and playstyles now with no incentive on creating a fun, diverse and unique experience.
-
Weird how no game changing pve nerf or change has had any effect on pvp whatsoever.
-
Editado por hate n payne: 5/28/2021 11:02:07 AMYepppp. Plus what is there to truly complain about in PVE other than lack of content, rehash of old content or lack of vault space and Collection changes. You dont hear no Dreg or Wizard complaining about something they find being OP. 😂😂😂 Bungie needs to stop catering to the competitive scene and give PVP players more access to bigger maps, choices in map selection and more emphasis related to gunskill.
-
they do favor hunters the most I don't see why anyone would try to hide that, warlocks are good, but in a way that they can heal everyone else, buff everyone else, it's almost like every warlock buff is a buff to all three classes
-
That is why Stompees and Dragon’s Shadow are still potent
Do, uh, Transversive Steps and Ophidian Aspect just not exist or something? Like actual 1 to 1 Exotics on the Warlock
-
So what about the other 30 plus warlock exotics? It's telling when the top warlock exotics are enhanced reload perks.
-
Context. Dude was complaining that Hunters have Stomps and Dragon's Shadow when Warlocks have Exotics that do the same thing but a little different. And all of the classes have both dead and overly situational gear Really over the whole Warlock victim mentality
-
Transversive Steps and Ophidian Aspect just not exist or something?
the latter is a nerfed exotic and the former is only used because the latter is nerfed, what kind of example is this
-
Exactly.
-
Editado por hate n payne: 5/26/2021 11:34:25 PMYou cant even compare the 2. Transverse Steps are good and all but they arent no Stompees. The best thing about Transverse Steps is mostly the refund ammo option after sprinting which in turn can only be activated once unless you restart your sprint. As far as OP Aspect is concerned, it is a nerfed version of its former self. It doesnt reload your weapons nor grant the potency of Snapshot or Quickdraw better than Dragon’s Shadow. It is good but not Dragon’s Shadow good.
-
Lmao transverse steps arent as good? Ophidian Aspect doesn’t require you to use an ability first... Your bias is showing
-
Editado por hate n payne: 5/28/2021 11:07:38 AMNot bias by any means. Everything I said was truthful. OP Aspect arent as good as Dragon’s Shadow and will never reload all of your weapons as once. Now if you Transverse Steps made that option happen when the refund ammo indicator happen then I would put it up there but you got to restart your sprint even for you to reload your other weapons. Dragon’s Shadow allows for you to use the other shadestep to get your melee back when near opponents while gaining ammo in the mag for all weapons, quickdraw, snapshot and movement speed buff. There are so much going on with that exotic simply for a shadestep. There is no other class that has something that strong that makes their gunplay even more versatile. They can literally take the worst type of weapons and make them better simply due to a shadestep.
-
But it has been proven that Dragon's Shadow does have a bigger handling buff than OP. And it's not like you aren't already using hunter dodge as part of your every day tool kit anyway. It doesn't change the way you play for the most part.
-
Exactly.
-
The whole point of the handling buff being useful is to swap quickly. So if someone is rushing you or you need a quick weapon swap you gon dodge first 🤨. Seems pretty redundant. Ophidian not requiring anything makes it just as useful.
-
Editado por Levigumba, Overload's Bane: 5/27/2021 4:36:17 AMIf someone is rushing, chances are you already dodged in the last 5 seconds and the buff is still active. And if someone is rushing me, then yes dodging can help break their tracking. Of course, I'm not saying OP needs a buff or anything. It's just a fact that DS is better at the cost of a little effort even when you're already actively using your dodge
-
Ophidian definitely need a buff.
-
Editado por Vexx: 5/27/2021 10:58:48 AMI'm pretty sure the shadow's wraith buff, or whatever it is called, lasts 9 or 10 seconds by the way. While hunter shadestep cooldown can be like 12 seconds? Idk the exact number as I don't play hunter as much these days, all I know is my hunter has 80 mobility and step cooldown is 14 seconds (i think 18 secs on stasis). You can keep a huge amount of uptime on the buff, if you want to play that way. Even if you don't change play style, you still always have it when you need it. This guy comparing dragon's shadow to transverse steps and ophidian aspect as "like for like" is just plain dumb. Shadow is far far superior
-
with max mobility, you can dodge every 9 seconds with a light subclass equipped (11 seconds on stasis). so yeah, the dragon shadow buff will always be active, but hunters will ignore your arguement.
-
It’s 11 seconds... And wasting our ability that’s meant to help us escape or dodge just for a handling buff... It’s like no one here actually plays crucible...
-
It isnt a waste especially when you get your shadestep back faster than the other classes get their class ability back. You are being extremely bias and you know it.
-
It is a waste 😂 Absolutely no hunter is using Dragons shadow to get a handling buff before an engagement...
