Checked in the steam library and I have the dlc both owned and installed. So I will have to contact steam to see if they can fix it?

They would be the one to reach out to if it said you didn't own it anymore in your library. I can try to help further, though. Which character is this on? And what are you selecting that's telling you to purchase Beyond Light?

On my titan I can't start the story since it says I need to purchase it. On my hunter, I can still play all the content that I have unlocked when the issue wasn't present, but the blue symbol to "Get it now" (The beyond light dlc) is still located next to Europa. So I would say that the issue effects all of my characters. I have gone to my Eververse and it says that I currently own the expansion, yet in the directory it is telling me I need to buy it. In my steam library it also says that I own the DLC, so I am not sure what to do from this point on

The node next to Europa on the Director map is merely an ad for the optional Deluxe edition upgrade, and is not where the Beyond Light campaign is accessed. You need to land on the Europa surface, and speak with Variks. If Variks does not have the next quest step for you, then check the quest terminal in the Tower, located to the left of the Postmaster.

Wow, yeah this worked! Went to see Variks and the quest to start was in his inventory. Thanks a ton mate!
